About Me

At 13, I moved from the UK to France without speaking a word of French. Within months, I was fluent. That experience (being dropped into the unknown and having to decode patterns, adapt quickly, and find my way forward) shaped everything that came after. Because that's exactly what I do with data.

I cut my teeth in hospitality, working my way through the industry while earning my MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris. As a Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager for Accor and other major groups, I read markets, predicted customer behavior, and made pricing decisions that moved millions in revenue across 20+ hotels in France, the UK, and Benelux. Every day was a masterclass in using data to drive growth. I was hooked.

Fast forward to today: I've spent the last 7+ years helping brands and businesses turn messy data into momentum.

At SharkNinja, a billion-dollar global brand, I built their entire social media performance framework from scratch across EMEA (UK, France, and Germany). Three brands (Ninja Kitchen, Shark Home, Shark Beauty). Eight product launches in six months. Real-time dashboards that tracked every post, every campaign, every competitor move. I drove strategies that reached millions of followers, delivering measurable engagement growth across every channel and creating the system that now powers their entire social strategy.

Before that, I worked with Digitas on Stellantis, building social media performance frameworks for 10 major automotive brands including Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Opel, and Vauxhall. I led the migration of dashboards to GCP and Power BI, transforming how large-scale teams accessed and acted on data. Working across multiple brands simultaneously, I delivered actionable insights that informed digital strategy for some of the world's most recognized car manufacturers.

I'm equally energized by the scrappy, move-fast world of startups and scale-ups. I've mapped user journeys for ed-tech platforms and no code app building start-ups, run experiments that lifted conversions by 21%, and built dashboards that became the nerve center for leadership decisions. I've trained teams who'd never run an A/B test before and watched them become believers in data-driven growth. There's something electric about working with founders and product teams who are hungry to learn what's actually working and brave enough to kill what isn't.

My toolkit? GA4, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Sprinklr, Looker Studio etc. The full stack. But the tools matter less than the questions. What's holding us back? Where's the hidden opportunity? What would change everything if we got it right? That's where I live.
